What Languages are offered at the Clinic?
Dr. Shiraga is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. All other languages are offered via Language Line interpretation service.
What are the clinic hours?
Dr. Shiraga has clinic Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. However, she can accommodate different times convenient for patients’ schedules and transportation.
What is the wait-time for Dr. Shiraga
Understanding that when it comes to surgical issues, it’s always a priority. Dr. Shiraga would accommodate urgent appointments within 2 weeks and non-urgent appointments within 1 month.
What insurance does USC accept?
The contracting is determined annually by USC medicine, including MediCare, Optum, and all PPO. For complete list, please refer to Sharon Shiraga – Keck Medicine of USC.
Is prior authorization required?
For insurance other than PPO, often prior authorization is required. However, you are encouraged to give us a call and we can help you with the process.
How is parking?
At USC Arcadia clinic, there are ample parking spaces in the adjacent parking structure, free of charge. At USC keck clinic, there is 2-hour free parking in a structure 3/4 way pass the water fountain turn-around.
